The energy problem is a hot issue in today's society,with the increasing demand of energy,the problem of energy shortage is becoming more and more serious,so the research of energy-saving is very important.As the largest energy consumers,manufacturing companies should undertake the important task of energy saving even more.Production process is a mainly considered link when manufacturing enterprises realize energy-saving,there are several ways to implement energy saving,but today the research about realizing energy-saving by scheduling is less.Here,the research object of the paper is the production process of the forging industry,this paper researches its scheduling method to ensure the production efficiency and considers the target to save energy,and it is complied with the sustainable development strategy of our country.This paper revolves around three links in the process of forging production to unfold the research of energy-saving and scheduling,they are forging heating,forging tempering and forging heat treatment,and it puts forward the problems existing in every link,mathematical models are established to solve these problems and eventually it designs the related processing algorithms or methods to all of these models.In the link of forging heating,firstly implementing the clustering and clustering combination treatment to the forgings,then establishing the mathematical model to the heating furnace with the goal of insulation waiting time and capacity of furnace charging rate,designing the improved genetic algorithm to the established mathematical model and analyzing algorithm results combined with the actual case,realizing the goal of saving energy successfully.In the link of forging tempering,describing the problem of energy-saving and scheduling for the matching problem between the forgings and forging equipments.Firstly establishing a scheduling model which is aimed at oven number and forging working hours,then under the constraints of the oven number as the goal to set up scheduling model with the goal of change time,finally setting up the mixed forging scheduling model under the constraints of the change time as the goal.And designing the corresponding solutions for these models,validating the feasibility of methods with actual cases.In the link of forging heat treatment,waste heat treatment problem is a hot issue,firstly optimizing the heat treatment process of waste heat,then to the parts for heat treatment of quenching and tempering process,hardening model and heat tempering model is established,finally it also puts forward the corresponding solution of the model and validates the feasibility of methods with actual cases.In the end,combined with the front research of scheduling method,this paper designs and develops a forging production scheduling system for energy-saving.It gives the overall design of the system and designs each of the function modules and database forms,shows the function and operation process of the system after the completion of development.
