Synthesis And Application Research Of Two-component Wood Plastic Waterborne Coating Special Emulsion Resin

This thesis covers two aspects: acrylate waterborne emulsion and waterborne curing agent.In this paper,taking butyl acrylate(BA),methyl methacrylate(MMA),styrene(St),hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),Vinyl Versatate(V-10)and acrylic acid as main material,adding a small amount of ammonium persulfate as initiator and microscale buffer sodium bicarbonate,finally neutralizing by ammonia,we synthesize self-emulsifying high hydroxyl value acrylic emulsion and emulsion type acrylic emulsion.After synthesizing the emulsion,the waterborne isocyanate curing agent is added to make vanrish.Through the test on the emulsion and film appearance,such as viscosity,hardness,thickness,water resistance,resistance to impact,flexibility and other properties to determine the optimal process of synthesizing the high hydroxyl value acrylic emulsion is synthesis temperature 90?,stirring speed 200~300r/min,mixed monomer hydroxy value 109.3 mgKOH / g,glass transition temperature 40.6?,and the curing agent dosage 1.5%.In this condition,the self-emulsifying acrylic emulsion show appearance obviously blue opal pan,excellent water resistance,2H hardness,50kg/cm impact resistance,adhesion grade 0 and excellent film performance.A waterborne curing agent is synthesized by using HDI tripolymers and methoxypolyethylene glycols with the molecular weight of 600 in 30~40?.After mixing waterborne curing agent with different solid content of hydroxy resin,water and alcohol were separately used as the solvent of the mixture to make varnish.By means of testing performance of films maked up by the varnishes,different performance effects of varnishes formula were studied.In the experiments,various performances between the varnish prepared with the waterborne polyisocyanates and that prepared with water disperse polyisocyanate crosslinkers which is the productions of Jiangyin More New C hemical Material Co,.Ltd were compared.By changing the relative contents of isocyanate,carboxyl and hydroxyl,mixing with diverse solid content of hydroxyl-terminated polyesters,applying different solvents to generate the varnishes and altering the content of isocyanate,the formula of the waterborne polyisocyanate wibest performances have been explored.
