Recently,China's oil production has entered into the middle and later periods,exploiting development will tend to be harsh natural environments which include deep sea,tidal sea,etc.In addition,with the rapid growth of economy,society's need for oil and gas resources and use showed a trend of increase.When faced with how to improve the optimization and maximize the economic value of the oil and gas resources development,enhacing the oil recovery factor and production problems,making the intelligent well completion technology arises at the historic moment.Intelligent well technology can exploit multiple reservoir at the same time,according to each layer of downhole flow,temperature and pressure data recovery operation intelligent adjustment and control measures,such as crude oil flow dynamic adjusting underground layer,realizing intelligent exploit.The core of intelligent well completion realize intelligent control of underground traffic tool is interval flow control device,the abroad study of interval control equipment and application in a leading position,and this research in our country is still in its infancy.At home and abroad,the author of this paper and the research status of intelligent well completion fluid flow control device analysis,we design a new type of intelligent well downhole flow controller integrated device.The flow controller by the flow control valve and hydraulic control principle of decoder structure,can realize three hydraulic control pipeline control underground six reservoir interval.Specific research contents are:(1)Making full use of fluid dynamic knowledge of fluid flow in the pipe pressure loss mechanism briefly for the flow controller in reducing the pressure loss and the structure design of theoretical guidance.(2)To design a kind of intelligent well completion downhole flow controller integrated structure.On the basis of investigating the literatures at home and abroad,according to the actual oil field in our country,the flow control valve size parameters,and design the structure of flow control valve and hydraulic decoder structure scheme.Downhole flow controller integrated structure composed of flow control valve and hydraulic decoder structure,structure of flow controller set hydraulic signal decoding and interval throttling control function as a whole.(3)Based on the downhole flow controller integrated structure determine its hydraulic control system solutions.The downhole hydraulic control system principle is under control in the three hydraulic control line to implement six interval of downhole throttle control.Flow controller decoder can hydraulic signal sequence according to the pipeline,to achieve a specific interval signal decoding,thus opening or closing the corresponding flow controller,realize downhole throttling.(4)The key structure of downhole flow controller function calculation and analysis,to ensure the realization of the function of the structure.To the important parts in flow controller,including the lock jaw,spring,seal structure calculation and intensity of the school,such as the structure to ensure the normal work,guarantee the realization of the function of flow controller as a whole.(5)By designing flow controller integrated structure of the numerical simulation.Downhole flow field characteristic analysis to explore the downhole flow controller under the effect of different pressure difference of flow rate and flow,determine its position in the different opening of flow coefficient value;Fluid-structure interaction analysis flow controller fluid flow influence on structure,Analysis of the structure of the deformation and stress.
