With increasing scarcity of oil resources,increasing difficulty of oil exploitation and high costs of oil and gas production,it is very necessary to enhance oil recovery.As one of the most advanced technology in the development field of oil and gas,the Intelligent Well Technology(IWT)can not only optimize reservoir management,but also increase recoverable reserves.IWT has been widely applied abroad,and also has obtained the remarkable result of optimizing production,improving reservoir management,enhanced oil recovery,reducing workover.It is of great significance to study the key technology of Intelligent Well for attaining major technological breakthroughs.The thesis has mainly studied the work principle the flow control system of IWT,and put forward a scheme of hydraulic control and a design of downhole interval control valve(ICV).The mainly contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Through the research of literature related Intelligent Well at home and abroad,comparing the research status of intelligent completion system at home and abroad,this paper focused on downhole flow control system and interval control valve.(2)According to the characteristics of ICV,the paper has designed the structure of the valve and choice the metal to metal sealing structure,and drawing the 2D and model by CAD and SolidWorks.(3)Considering the downhole operation condition of high temperature and high pressure,this thesis analyzed all parts of ICV by using the Workbench software.The processing of each element to provide effective data support.And analysis the metal to metal sealing structure.Explore the main geometric size effect of metal sealing pressure of metal.(4)By using the SolidWorks software,the thesis created the downhole interval control valve fluid model,and by using the Fluent software,simulated the ICV under different flow control valve opening and different pressure of import and export ports,obtained the velocitycontours and stress contours,analysed the flow characteristics and flow coefficient of ICV,and analyzed and compared the influence of the inner and outer throttling sleeve structure of the ICV on the flow field distribution.
