| In recent years,the rapid development of the world economy,at the same time environmental pollution,greenhouse gas emissions,especially carbon dioxide emissions are also increasing,the world’s major economies have focused on climate change,November 2014 Sino-US " Change joint statement ",the world’s two largest greenhouse gas emissions to set an example,open the world’s carbon emission reduction work.China’s reform and opening up nearly four decades,with heavy resources and environmental costs to support rapid economic growth,China’s rapid economic growth is based on hi gh energy consumption and high emissions on t he basis of long-term industrial structure,driven by energy consumption is difficult Control,energy consumption intensity slow down,increasing pollutant discharge pressure,resources and environment constraints continue to intensify,which makes the process of industrialization and urbanization in China’s sustainable development is facing enormous pressure.China and the United States in the historic "Sino-US joint statement on c limate change",and on S eptember 25,2015,j ointly issued the "Sino-US Joint Declaration on climate change," to strengthen the work to provide a " Insurance".Against this backdrop,in line with the principle of responsible powers,the Chinese government is actively pursuing emission reduction responsibilities,providing dividends for world development,and incorporating carbon intensity as a binding indicator of economic and social development into medium-and long-term development plans.The environment in the social life of the development of the constraints gradually highlighted,the process of economic growth,do a good job of greenhouse gas emission reduction has become the focus of attention at home and abroad.Human capital and R & D investment play an important role in advancing the process of economic low carbonation.Human capital and R & D investment reduce carbon dioxide emissions by promoting technological advances and reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP.Human capital and R & D investment may also exacerbate carbon dioxide emissions,human capital and R & D investment to promote economic development,production scale expansion,which in turn increased energy demand,thereby increasing carbon dioxide emissions.An important question is how does the impact of human capital and R & D inputs on China’s carbon dioxide emissions? On this basis,how to better through human capital and R & D investment to achieve the green development of China’s economy,low-carbon development.In this paper,we study the influencing factors of carbon dioxide emissions from the perspective of urbanization,trade liberalization,energy intensity and industrial structure.We study the research of carbon dioxide emission from the perspective of human capital and R & D investment.For this reason,Douglas production function,based on the construction of a final product production sector,intermediate product production sector,knowledge production sector and family of four sector model.The human capital,R & D and carbon dioxide emissions into the model to analyze the R & D and human capital on the impact of carbon dioxide emissions.Through the theoretical derivation,this paper gradually builds the data model containing the space item.On the basis of this,taking into account the spatial spillover effect of CO2,combined with the spatial dynamic panel data model,empirical analysis of the impact of R & D and human capital on c arbon dioxide emissions,through the gradual inspection,the final choice of fixed effect under the space lag model;And then gradually add dynamic items and control variables,through the static panel and dynamic panel comparison,control the introduction of variable analysis of the results,and ultimately set up a R & D and human capital,industrial structure,regional openness,urbanization and foreign direct investment Spatial Dynamic Panel Hysteresis Model.The regression results show that R & D inputs and human capital investment can effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions,R & D and human capital in technology,through the total factor productivity of carbon dioxide emissions.Increasing the R & D level by increasing R & D staffing can effectively improve the level of human capital by increasing the average number of years of education.At the same time,controlling other relevant influencing variables can effectively reduce the carbon dioxide emission and achieve the goal of carbon emission control.The results show that it is an effective way to curb carbon emissions and develop low-carbon economy in China by fully exploiting human capital and R & D advantage and continuously strengthening the positive effect of human capital and R & D on improving environmental pollution and slowing the growth of energy investment. |
