Spindle drive mechanism is an important part of the ring spinning frame,yarn twisting and winding is implemented by this mechanism,so the stand or fall of its performance directly affects the spinning quality and the stability of the whole machine.At the same time,saving energy and reducing consumption has been the problem that spinning industry have to face,and the spindle drive of frame accounts for the greatest proportion of power dissipation,therefore it is of great significance to study on energy-saving optimization of spindle drive mechanism.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the spindle drive of frame and lead to spindle tape drive,the spindle speed and spindle tape tension of spindle tape drive were studied.Carry out study from the starting point controlling the spindle speed,discuss the spindle tape tension control is the key to control spindle speed from two aspects of controlling the sliding rate and preventing the skid,and then establish the the mathematical model of spindle speed and spindle tape tension in spindle tape drive.Finally analyze the current two pieces of belt tensioning device,namely single tension bowl tensioning device and double tension bowl tensioning device,and on this basis,design a new type of tensioning device.Secondly,on the spindle and the spindle drive mechanism frame optimization design was carried out.Of main shaft and housing needs of related design parameters is analyzed,and then use the method of theoretical calculation and simulation of spindle statics analysis and modal analysis,vibration and finally puts forward several methods to optimize the spindle.At the same time,put forward the frame with steel panels to replace the original cast iron wall,and discusses the advantages of steel wall frame;Through the statics analysis and harmonious response analysis,proves that the steel wall plate frame in the superiority of stiffness and vibration performance.Once again,establish the mathematical model of spindle drive power loss.Respectively in all kinds of power consumption of spindle drive has carried on the analysis and modeling,including loss of elastic sliding,bending loss,spindle tape air viscous loss and bearing friction loss.With double tension bowl spindle tape drive and single tension bowl spindle tape drive as the research object,integrate all kinds of power consumption,establish the mathematical model of spindle tape drive power consumption.Finally,research on energy saving optimization of the spindle drive mechanism.Based on the spindle drive power loss model established above,detennine the parameters in the model,then using the MATLAB software make simulation and the minimum optimization of power consumption of spindle drive,and design the energy conservation of the spindle drive section,use the experimental results to verify the optimization results.Based on the research of belt transmission,this paper analyzes the spindle speed of spindle drive and spindle tape tension,method to ensure the spindle speed consistent is put forward.Based on the research of material stiffness and vibration performance,the spindle and frame of the spindle drive is optimized.Based on the research of power consumption,establish the whole model of the power consumption of spindle drive,then make energy saving optimization of spindle drive mechanism.This study can provide technical reference for reform of the ring spinning frame spindle drive mechanism,provide theory support for the development of new energy-saving spinning frame.
