The Comfort And Antibacterial Finishing Of Yase And Modal Fabrics

Gracell is a new kind of fabrics,which is made from Jiangxi Yibin Siliya Group and Gracell fiber is belong to regenerated cellulose fiber as well as modal fiber.The production technology process is environmental pollution-free,and the waste can be biodegradable,they all belongs to eco-friendly green fibers.Entrusted by the enterprise,we test and analyze the basic properties of the gracell knitted fabrics,and compare with modal knitted fabric,then a quantitative data comparison results are obtained.On textile antibacterial development,due to the fabric product is direct contact with the skin,therefore,antibacterial textile protection work is particularly important.The demands from consumers and textiles in the market competition,which are leading to more and more not only in performance but also appearance of antimicrobial properties of fabric development potential.This paper put the research on the basis of performance of gracell and modal knitted fabrics,test and analyze the appearance of structure and mechanics performance of the gracell and the modal fabric systematically.After the test and analysis of the fabric's air permeability,moisture permeability and heat preservation,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,fabric's comfortableness had carried on by the quantitative analysis of the evaluation.Gracell knitting fabric for underwear fabrics that were fully meet the requirements performance compared with modal fabric,and no significant difference and modal/gracell blended fabric's performance both have advantages of the modal fabrics,and also could improve the comfort of fabrics,which greatly reduces the cost of production of modal fabrics.In the company's position,increase the functional property of the fabrics is helpful to improve the competitiveness of the products and expand market share.Improve the added value of products,the performance of the products must be superior to other products.Antimicrobial properties was put forward to finish the fabrics that the company provide in this topic,aloe was adopted as a natural antibacterial agent.Aloe vera has a variety of functions,as antibacterial agent,it could ensure the natural pollution-free of fabrics.Extracted from plants to the antibacterial finishing of fabrics and testing,the detailed introduction and explanation was given in the paper.By the calculation,after finishing,the fabrics of aloe had good antimicrobial properties,and the extraction technology is simple,low cost and high safety,it provide powerful basis for enterprise developers in fabrics.After finishing the fabrics for the performance test,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied.After finishing the fabric,the mechanical properties had no obvious change,abrasion resistance became better and pilling phenomenon was improved,finishing process on the fabric would not have much impact.After finishing the fabric,air permeability had a larger degree of increase,finishing make the fabric more cool and comfortable,and the heat preservation fell after finishing.Therefore,the fabric after finishing is suitable for the summer high temperature weather.Research on gracell and modal fabrics has extensive application prospect and popularization value to the company before the development of new products appear on market.
