Research On Improving Emergency Support Capability Of Mining Enterprises

China is a country rich in coal,poor in oil and little in gas.Coal is the main energy in China.With the rapid development of economy and society,China's coal industry has made great progress,and the safety production situation has also been greatly improved.However,generally speaking,there is still a certain gap between China's coal enterprises and the advanced countries in the world in terms of safety management ability,Coal mine accidents occur from time to time,and there are still some deficiencies in emergency equipment support,emergency technical level,rescue and disposal ability,which affect the safety development of coal mine enterprises.This paper studies the emergency support ability of coal mining enterprises to provide reference for the smooth development of emergency support work of coal mining enterprises.This paper takes Binhu Coal Mine as an example,through literature research,collects and collates domestic and foreign literature on emergency support ability,combs the characteristics of coal mine accidents,coal mine enterprise emergency support ability,emergency management,emergency support and other related concepts and comprehensive evaluation theory,and studies the influencing factors of mine enterprise emergency support ability.Through literature review and questionnaire survey,the evaluation index of emergency support ability of mining enterprises is initially constructed.Through SPSS 24.0 software,the questionnaire data are analyzed by principal component analysis and structural equation model test.The evaluation index of emergency support ability of mining enterprises is further screened,and a set of evaluation index system for emergency support ability of mining enterprises is established,The system consists of 5 first level indicators and 18 second level indicators.On this basis,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Based on the model,the emergency support ability of Binhu Coal Mine is evaluated and verified.Finally,according to the index system,the paper puts forward the improvement measures from five aspects of emergency plan support,personnel support,emergency materials and equipment support,funding support and other support,which provides reference for coal mining enterprises to carry out the evaluation and improvement of emergency support ability.This paper has 10 pictures,11 tables and 56 references.
