| The research project of this paper is from the waste oil waste water incinerator of Ningbo Aksu Nobel peroxide removal and expansion project.As the control requirements for incinerator control system are more stringent,and the process requirements can not just stop the furnace,the Siemens software redundancy solution is selected in this control system.In this paper,the process and control requirements of the control system of the incinerator are described firstly,This chapter first describes the process and control requirements of the control system of the incinerator,and then the whole plan is designed.Next,the hardware and software of the control system of incinerator,the composition structure of SIEMENS 300PLC software redundancy system are introduced in detail.From a detailed analysis based on software redundancy software for SIEMENS S7-300/400 software redundancy package,the software redundancy package provides the functional blocks of the work process is mastered,the basic principle of soft redundancy is obtained.On the basis of deep understanding of the principle of soft redundancy,this paper makes a research on the two important performances which includes switching time and data synchronization time.According to the analysis of the switch process and data synchronization process,the calculating formula of changeover time and data at the same time are obtained,a method is proposed for improving the performance of the two indicators,and combining reliability theory,the reliability of soft redundancy is analyzed theoretically.Considering the cost,maintenance and other factors,by configurating the hardware of the power module,CPU module,communication module,redundancy and I/O module,the software configuration is completed,realizing the function of incinerator control system.The actual production shows that the system not only satisfies the safety standards of the operation of the incinerator,but also improves the stability of the control system. |
