New fiber polyesteramide born yellow appearance,making it a light color and bleaching products limited,as this article selects peracetic acid bleaching agent.The conventional bleaching agent has poor bleaching effect on polyesteramide fiber,which affects the popularization and application of the product.Therefore,it is necessary to study the bleaching process suitable for polyesteramide fabric and its blended fabric.Study was carried out from the aspects of the physicochemical properties of polyesteramide fiber and fabric,the bleaching processes of polyesteramide fabric and polyesteramide/cotton blended fabric and bleaching mechanism,screening appropriate bleach,optimal bleaching process,analyzes the yellowing reason.The results of the research have theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance for further study of the polyesteramide fiber and scientific formulation of bleaching process.This study on the physicochemical properties of polyesteramide fiber and fabric are analyzed,and the results showed that:Fiber cross section is the circular structure of solid,the longitudinal surface is smooth and uniform,no obvious gaps or transverse section and other special structures.This fiber has good acid and organic solvent corrosion resistance,alkali resistance is poor.Combustion test results show that the fiber of limiting oxygen index(LOI)is 23.55,belong to the flame retardant fiber.The fracture strength of polyesteramide fiber is 24.81?29.09cN/tex,close to the cotton fiber,lower than polyester and polyamide;Its moisture regain and moisture content is low,close to polyester,moisture permeability is good,is better than that of cotton fabric with moisture quick-drying properties.Thermal performance analysis shows that in the fibre initial decomposition temperature of TG test is 398.1 ?,the maximum weight loss rate temperature is 430.5 ?,fiber eventually weightlessness rate reached 79.06%.DSC test shows that fiber glass transition temperature at 67 ?,the temperature of crystallization is 135?,melting temperature is 238.8?,the melting complete temperature is about 243.3?,and the total peak area is-25.94J/g.Screening experiments on a variety of bleaching agent subject,peracetic acid as outstanding results,identified as instrument of polyesteramide fabric bleaching agent.By studying the influence law of the peracetic acid concentration,bleaching time,temperature,pH and other factors to peroxyacetic acid bleaching the polyesteramide fabric,the optimal bleaching process with the response surface method,and analyze the polyesteramide fiber yellowing reason.It's showed that the bleaching of peroxyacetic acid to polyesteramide fabric reach a good result,the degree of CIE whiteness can reach 60 or so.The best condition of process:the concentration of peroxyacetic acid is 18g/L,100 ?,120 min,pH 3,bath ratio 1:10,the dosage of sodium pyrophosphate is 8 g/L.The results of XRD test showed that the position of the characteristic peak of the fabric before and after bleaching changed little,the crystalline form of polyamide ester changed little,the amorphous area of the fiber increased and the crystallinity decreased.The XPS test results show that the C-C bond and oxygen groups C-O-C were significantly decreased,O-C-=O increased;both functional groups N-C=O and C=N were significantly reduced,which may be the reason for the increase of whiteness of polyesteramide fabric after peracetic acid bleaching.Study on bleaching process of polyesteramide/cotton blended fabric by peracetic acid.By studying the influence law of the peracetic acid concentration,bleaching time,temperature,pH and other factors to peroxyacetic acid bleaching the polyesteramide fabric,to determine the optimal bleaching process by Orthogonal Experiment Design;the effects of different water treatment processes such as clear water,anhydrous sodium carbonate and catalase on the dyeing efficiency were compared.It's showed that the bleaching of peroxyacetic acid to polyesteramide fabric reach a good result,the best condition of process:the concentration of peroxyacetic acid is 18g/L,100 ? 90 min,pH 3;after the peracetic acid bleaching,the water absorption of the fabric was significantly improved.Considering the dyeing effect and practical application effect of the four post-treatment methods,anhydrous sodium carbonate was selected as the best post-treatment technology.
