In the process of industrial development, the oil industry is irreplaceable. The oil industry is giving people a lot of convenience and the problem of oil pollution is becoming more and more serious.Petroleum contaminants can be harmful to human health, which can lead to cancer and genetic mutations. In the process of oil production, oil pollutant by leakage or oily water into the soil, and then directly or indirectly through rainfall into the vadose zone, and finally into the underground water, which has caused a series of groundwater pollution and a serious impact on human health. Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of petroleum pollutants on the groundwater quality in the process of oil refinery upgrading. The oil refinery is located in Shandong,Ji'nan.According to geological data and hydrogeological data, the topography and geomorphology of the study area are mainly slope alluvial plain and the geological structure is a North dipping monoclinic structure dominated by Paleozoic strata. There are three types of water bearing rocks in the region and the main types are carbonate fractured karst water bearing rocks. In this paper, the influence of the refinery on the groundwater quality is studied. In order to improve the level of safety and environmental protection of refinery,in order to realize the cleaning of the processing technology, the refinery has reformed the catalytic cracking unit, the flue gas denitration and desulfurization system, the S-zorb system and the transformation of the supporting facilities. The present situation of wastewater treatment and its transformation are analyzed, and the pollution hidden trouble in the process of renovation is mainly the leakage of sewage pipe. The petroleum pollutants and sulfide pollutants were not detected in the groundwater monitoring around the refinery. Two soil samples were collected in the area where the oil leakage could occur in the refinery, and the soil leaching solution was tested. The results showed that the sulfide was not detected, but the oil concentration was 0.04mg/L.Based on the hydrogeological conditions and geological conditions of the study area, the three-dimensional numerical model of groundwater flow is established.Analyze the regional conditions, determining the area of simulation, the aquifer and the boundary conditions are generalized, establish hydrogeological conceptual model, through the identification and verification of the model to determine the parameters of the model, and further establish a solute transport model of contaminant transport, finally predicted the non normal conditions and risk conditions. The results show that the migration of the pollutants is mainly from the north to the west, and the initial maximum pollution concentrations of the pollutants are generally higher, but with the passage of time, the pollutant concentration decreases rapidly.Under the condition of non normal conditions, the length of pollution plume is small, and the pollution range is small.Under the condition of the risk, because of the high initial concentration, the pollutant diffusion area is larger and the concentration is larger. In the 50 years after the migration of pollutants, pollutant transport to Wangsheren town west.According to the prediction results, once the leakage occurs, the impact on the groundwater quality is more obvious,so the pipeline leak detection work can not be ignored.According to the hidden trouble of groundwater pollution of the proposed project and the results of the prediction, this paper puts forward some measures for preventing and controlling the distribution of the groundwater in the proposed project.Necessary seepage prevention measures shall be taken in the installation area, tank farm and underground pipeline.According to the migration of pollutants, taking into account the downstream sensitive points and refinery potential sources of pollution,in order to understand the site surrounding groundwater quality and pollution can be found in time, upstream and downstream of the site were laid with diving monitoring wells.
