| Guizhou belongs to the underdeveloped areas in the west,the level of economic development is low,the industrial structure is backward.At the same time,due to the impact of various factors such as Karst landform,Guizhou's ecological environment is fragile.The damage is difficult to restore.Guizhou is facing the economic development and the protection of the ecological environment of the dual task.Especially in recent years,China has been promoting green development,emphasis on economic development while protecting the ecological civilization,take a gradually from industrial economy society to knowledge,ecological,low carbon society.the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position,into the road of social construction in all aspects,based on these in this paper,The coordinated development of ecological civilization construction and industrial transformation and upgrading has been studied.This paper summarizes the previous research on the relationship between ecological civilization construction and industrial transformation and upgrading of the results.On this basis to determine the composition of ecological civilization construction and upgrading of Guizhou's industrial transformation index the necessity and importance of the selected index.Select the relevant data of Guizhou Province in2005-2014,using the entropy method of Guizhou ecological civilization construction index system industrial transformation and upgrading are standardized.In order to more clearly illustrate the research problem,the standard index to evaluate the degree of coordination between the two,the research on this on the basis of.According to the empirical analysis results,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)From 2005 to 2014 in Guizhou,the construction of ecological civilization comprehensive evaluation index(V1)showed an overall upward trend year by year,from 0.1696 up to 0.7866;the comprehensive evaluation index system and upgrading the industrial transformation of Guizhou(V2)is increasing year by year,from 0.1957 up to 0.7464.During the period of 2005-2010,the level of comprehensive development of Guizhou industrial transformation and upgrading the comprehensive development level has always been strong in Guizhou in the construction of ecological civilization,indicating that the upgrade of the construction of ecological civilization in the role in ecological civilization construction in Guizhou to push theindustrial transformation and upgrading of the role of the industrial transformation of Guizhou;and during the 2011-2014 years,the level of comprehensive development of Guizhou ecological strong civilization construction in Guizhou industrial transformation and upgrading the level of comprehensive development,in this stage,the construction of ecological civilization Guizhou strong driving force in Guizhou industrial transformation and upgrading of the driving force.(2)The coordination degree of ecological civilization construction and industrial transformation and upgrading in Guizhou Province during 2005-2014.Drawn from the 2005-2014 10 years,the upgrading of Guizhou ecological civilization construction and industrial transformation of the coupling coordination degree of overall value increased year by year,increased from 0.4268 in 2005 to 0.8753 in 2014,and by the imbalance and insufficient coordination state of 2005-2006,a gradual transition to the2007 reluctantly coordination state,in the last 2008-2010 years to enter the primary coordination state,2011-2013 transition to the intermediate state of coordination,2014 to achieve good coordination state.The level of development between the visible Guizhou ecological civilization construction and industrial transformation and upgrading has a rapid progress,so the coupling 2011-2013 Guizhou ecological civilization construction and industrial transformation and upgrading of the coordinated degree also appeared obvious changes,especially in the 2014,with the best coupling of the 10 years 2005-2014 years of coordination between the two states. |
