Coal is a kind of non-renewable energy.With the consumption of production and living,its reserves fell rapidly.But its status as a national basic energy does not change,many industry is based on it.But as for domestic situation at present,our country coal utilization rate is not high and the level of informatization of coal preparation plant is low,furthermore,accuracy of coal preparation is poorer.Especially in the density control issues of dense medium coal preparation,the conventional PID control could easily appear phenomenon of delay and nonlinear.The existing coal preparation technology already cannot satisfy the requirement of market.and in the whole process informatization exists "island effect".The purpose of this paper is to realize the process control of the coal preparation informatization.Based on the technology of intelligent control system about heavy medium coal preparation increase the output of coal and precision.In coal preparation plant for industrial background,this paper introduces the practical application of intelligent control technology in coal preparation informatization system,and describes the coal preparation process.Furthermore,in view of the coal preparation plant informatization lag issues,article design the comprehensive informatization platform as the core of the industrial Ethernet.The platform will be set control center,raw coal storage and transportation control center,center of distribution of operation department,dense medium water workshop,storage and transportation and heavy media separation bottles and separately installed Ethernet switches and laying cable.All of the industrial process form a huge industrial ring network and is unified management by the dispatching center.Key process node parameters on-line detection,informatization data transmission,the coal preparation process control automation and production data all integrate into the integrated informatization platform in order to realize the integration of data.Management through the reference of some important data monitor equipment running status in order to implement informatization control of coal preparation system.The density of slurry in dense medium cyclone is the key factors influencing the precision and quality of coal.The different density fluctuations can generate impurity rate under different plant.The density in a constant state could isolate the optimal product.In order to achieve the target of the data being automatically controlled and the density being constantly controlled in dense medium cyclone,this paper mainly studied the heavy medium density control system.The mathematical model that is similar to a second order pure delay is established based on calculation method.The system design the heavy medium density controller.The controller is based on PSO and BP neural network algorithm that is combined with selected capability of thePSO algorithm and BP neural network self-learning ability.The controller optimize PID parameters that could control the density of heavy medium cyclone,and realize the real-time online setting of control parameters.The simulation results show that the algorithm is fast response,small steady-state error,strong robustness and adjustable.It is a very good solution in dense medium coal preparation process to avoid big lag,nonlinear problem.The algorithm implementation process is that algorithm collect process data mainly by OPC technology,and then with the help of MATLAB software tools implement PSO_BPPID optimization algorithm,the final data after the operations transfer to monitoring platform and then transmitted to the control device.The process monitoring platform and control device by means of real-time Ethernet technology is to achieve simple data transfer.Through the optimization design of coal preparation process,it greatly improve the reliability and stability in the process of coal preparation.Equipment failure frequency is decreased obviously.The control accuracy and production efficiency obviously improve.At the same time the introduction of Ethernet technology has greatly improved the informatization construction in the process of production in coal mine.
