Based On Energy Consumption, The Calculation And Analysis Of Carbon Emissions In Yunnan Province And The Selection Of Important Industries For Emission Reduction

Yunnan Province as one of the low carbon pilots,in order to achieve the development of low-carbon economy,needs to vigorously promote carbon emission reduction,and formulates appropriate measures to achieve emission reduction targets at different stages.This paper selects Yunnan 2000-2014 energy consumption data,on the basis of primary energy consumption,refers to the change trend of secondary energy carbon emission factor(electric power,heating power)and provincial transfer,computational sector commitment,indirectly calculation secondary energy carbon emission factor with primary energy carbon emission consumption,then use 1 7 kinds of energy(including electric power,heating power)to build carbon emission model of Yunnan Province,and generally analysis the total carbon emission characteristics of Yunnan province.Then select the LMDI decomposition method,break down the carbon emissions into 5 categories of Production Department,6 categories of Life Department that amounts to 11 driving factors,to conduct research.Finally,focus on the carbon emission intensity of Production Department,use the Theil index decomposition to analysis the difference of carbon emission intensity among the industries in Yunnan province,so as to find out the important industry of carbon emission reduction in Yunnan province.The result shows that:(1)during 2000-2014,Production Department carbon emission of Yunnan province accounted for about 9 1.2%,as the main source of carbon emission,including industrial carbon emission accounted for the highest carbon emission,at the same time,the carbon emission and the amplification of transportation industry are obvious.Among the 17 kinds of energy consumption,coal carbon emission is the highest,the amplification of diesel carbon emission is the highest.In Life Department,carbon emission in villages is higher than in cities,but the the amplification is less than in cities.(2)For Production Department,the GDP index is the first driving factor of carbon emission,the energy intensity is the dominant driving force,followed by the industrial structure factor.For Life Department,the main driver of carbon emission is per capita income,energy intensity is the main factor for emission reduction,followed by energy structure.(3)The industry plays a leading role in reducing the overall carbon emission intensity in Yunnan,and the transportation industry plays a negative role.Industrial and transportation industries is the key to increase differences of carbon emission intensity among industries in Yunnan.Industrial carbon emission comes mainly from coal,coke and electricity,in intra industry,energy consumption focuses on the ten high energy consuming industries,especially in the black metal smelting and rolling processing industry,chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing,non-metallic mineral products industry.The development of transportation industry is mainly based on the consumption of diesel oil.According to the analysis results of this paper,based on the development of low-carbon economy in Yunnan Province,give reasonable suggestions to the carbon emission reduction.
