Measurement And Influence Factors Of Consumption Carbon Emission Of Urban And Rural Resident In Liaoning Province

For a long time,the research on carbon emissions is mostly concentrated in the industrial field,largely ignored the role of consumer spending on carbon emissions.Caused by the consumption of carbon emissions in both residential direct energy consumption carbon emissions(called direct carbon emissions),including consumption of non energy commodities(services)energy consumption leads to carbon emissions in the production,storage and transportation process(called the indirect carbon emissions)consumption is the direct and indirect carbon emissions and.Liaoning Province as a cold region,the annual heating period of more than 5 months,in addition,with the social and economic development,residents living standards continue to improve,which will lead to growing consumer carbon emissions.Therefore,in order to implement the energy saving and emission reduction work in Liaoning Province,it is necessary to study the carbon emissions of residents.First,using carbon emission coefficient method and input-output analysis of Liaoning province urban and rural residents’ consumption of direct and indirect carbon emissions;then the influence factors of the LMDI decomposition method of Liaoning province urban and rural residents’ consumption of direct and indirect carbon emissions;finally,to provide suggestions for the work of energy-saving emission reduction in Liaoning province.The calculated results show that the Liaoning province residents consumption carbon emissions continue to increase,in 2007 and 2012 accounted for the proportion of the province’s carbon emissions of more than 40%residents;consumption increased carbon emissions are the main reasons for the increase of carbon emission in Liaoning Province,reducing carbon emissions can not ignore the consumption of carbon emissions;reduce the consumption of carbon emissions to control indirect carbon emissions and carbon consumption of urban residents the emission and consumption of urban residents is the indirect carbon emission control key.Study on influence factors that reduce the resident population and the per capita disposable income to reduce natural gas,energy intensity,energy prices,energy consumption structure accounted for the energy consumption and improve the residents’ consumption structure in the ratio will decline to emissions of carbon consumption of urban and rural residents in Liaoning province decreased,and vice versa.Including energy prices,disposable income,energy intensity and energy consumption accounted for more than 10%contribution rate,the proportion of natural gas and the resident population is less affected.According to the factors that affect the results of the study,put forward the following suggestions:energy saving and emission reduction improve the energy consumption structure,increase the proportion of natural gas;energy price reform,improve the energy allocation efficiency;to guide the residents of low carbon consumption,especially urban residents;optimize energy efficiency and reduce energy intensity;coordination of population,economic development and residents of carbon emissions;carbon tax and environmental taxes,reduce the negative externalities of energy;strengthen energy statistics,optimization based on energy saving and emission reduction.
