The Improvement Of The Legal System Of Rural Drinking Water Sources In China

The famous poet Wang wei gave us a beautiful idyllic life picture in his poem,bubbling streams,green mountains and clean water.The harmonious life style like this,however,is only appears in this verse,leave us endless reverie.With the development of the society,the coming of post-industrial era and counter urbanization,rural ecological environment is worsening,once the river into the stream,stream has ceased to exist.Heads toward rural industrial pollution,like the waste water and waste emissions at random;Farmers’ environmental awareness also failed to keep up with the improvement of living standards;Lots of pesticide chemical fertilizer use not only not receive the previous effect,renders the land and the lake river has been poisoned,and fish and shrimp disappeared.In some areas farmers the most heartbreaking is drinking water also became a problem.Drinking water safety in rural areas is a wake-up call to us.Therefore,how to use legal policy to guide the construction of rural drinking water source protection becomes the urgent matter.In this thesis,I will write it from six aspects,this paper discusses in detail the construction of rural drinking water source protection in China’s legal system.The first part is "introduction",the paper selected topic background and significance,research methods and research status at home and abroad,laying the groundwork for further writing.The second part is "China’s legal system of rural drinking water situation",to our country rural area drinking water facing the situation of the necessity of and protection,points out that it is imperative to improve rural drinking water law system.The third part is "the status quo of China’s legal system of rural drinking water and the bottleneck",this paper focuses on the legal system in specific provisions about rural source of drinking water as well as the deficiencies,to find the cause,and provided a basis for the next suit,the remedy to the case.The fourth part "the investigation to the legal system of source of drinking water abroad," up from the rest of the world how they responded to the crisis of source of drinking water treatment,how to smoothly through,from the long use of others.The fifth part is "the perfection of legal system of rural source of drinking water in China,according to the above analysis and reference,put forward the construction of rural drinking water source protection in China and which need tosolve problems,and look forward to the future of good results.Finally as a "conclusion" part,and further expounds their arguments to the conclusion and reflect on their own shortcomings.
