Serving as a window between one's inner world and the outside society,the tea house displays us a vivid picture of human life.In this paper,the author desires very much to integrate the elements of having tea and reading into his everyday life due to the lure of them.Meanwhile,the idea of setting up a tea house which combines reading and having tea sprouts in his mind and becomes increasingly fierce day by day.Dates back to 2 years ago,the author was honored to be a member of Henan University of Economics and Law MBA school.What is more fortunate is that the author got the chance to attend the course of “business management” following professor Zeng Yijun.Consequently,the birth of this paper can't be avoided.And for that reason,the paper is more a startup blueprint for the author than just a thesis.In this paper,the author firstly interprets detailed planning and forecast for this business plan according to the book of business planning.And,with the revealing of the background and motivation of this business startup as well as the introduction and description of the entrepreneurial team and entrepreneurial project,the author foretells the great potential of the tea house business in future zhengzhou market by reading the overall economic development trend.Moreover.The author makes clear the characteristics and the core competitiveness of the company Tea Book Valley through the analysis of the current situation of tea houses in present Zhengzhou,which set the stage for the strategy of specialized chain development.In addition,market-positioning marketing means and concrete measures like equity marketing,service marketing and price strategy have been made by finding the market positioning of Tea Book Valley on the strength of market segmentation.Last but not the least,the relevant process systems have also been mapped out to guarantee the above measures and objectives in accordance with the knowledge of process management theory.Registered with a capital of 1 million yuan,Zhengzhou Tea Book Valley culture communication limited decides to give out 49%(approximately 700 thousand yuan)equity financing for management every time the opening-up of each new store.According to the financial forecast,Tea Book Valley can bring in a profit of 30% more of the original investment annually,which ensures the promising investment value and investment potential.
