A significant positive feature of today’s era is entrepreneurship.But the entrepreneurial process is also full of risks and hardships.Entrepreneurship is our country’s economic development needs,and try to get money is the first condition of entrepreneurship,and then develop into a company that can continue to make profits.Entrepreneurship can be seen as an adventure,if you want to sell such an adventure as a financial commodity to potential investors in the market,and entrepreneurs need to have a certain degree of confidence and control over the upcoming business,you need to develop a detailed entrepreneurial planThe thesis is the main part of the business plan that based on the practice and transformation of an electronic control company prepared by the author in 2012.The thesis is modified and perfected based on the business management theory such as Timmons ’entrepreneurial process model.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,content and methods.The second chapter introduces some related theories of entrepreneurship from the aspects of entrepreneurship management,entrepreneurial planning and entrepreneurial process.The third chapter plans the company’s profile,core team,business model,development direction and technical support.The fourth chapter analyzes the internal and external environment of the company by using tools such as "PESTEL","Five Force Model" and "SWOT Analysis",and forecasts the trend of the target market and the sales of the company.The fifth chapter is planned from the company’s vision and mission,the company’s overall strategy and competition strategy,marketing strategy,operational strategy,human resources strategy,financial management strategy,etc.Chapter 6 makes the expected financial statements and analyzes the economic feasibility of the entrepreneurial project under some reasonable assumptions.The seventh chapter begins with the company’s external and internal risk analysis and proposes corresponding countermeasures.Finally,conclusions and deficiencies.The research shows that:China’s gasoline market contains huge business opportunities.Products that value quality and respect individual needs have broad prospects.It’s important to be good at finding and positioning new segments.Creating a new type of organization and an excellent entrepreneurial team is the driving force for the development of new enterprises.The venture is highly investable and profitable.The key of small and medium enterprises is first to be keenly aware of opportunities,then to accurately position their own advantages to form advantages of innovation or differentiation,and then to form competitive advantages in the market through planning and implementation.Then enterprises can be established and developed successfully.
