Puguang gas field is riched in hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide,featuring wet gathering and transportation.Gas gathering system has large corrosion risks.Acid gas with a strong corrosive,which will have serious influence on the safe operation of the gathering system.At the same time,field is in complex mountainous,where is terrain densely populated.Once gathering and transferring system occurs corrosion leakage,not only serious influence on the gas field production run cause huge economic losses,but toxic gases will do great harm to personal safety and environmental protection.Therefore,carrying out the Puguang gas field gathering system corrosion detection and control technology optimization study is of great significance.Major research contents are as follows:(1)A series of research results at home and abroad have been studied,including intelligent pigging test,on-line corrosion monitoring,evaluation of residual strength of defective pipeline and evaluation of the residual life of the defective pipeline.Combination of Puguang gas field gathering system's corrosion control method,corrosion monitoring technology and anti-corrosion effect,put forward the puguang gas field in corrosion monitoring intelligent detection of corrosion control corrosion inhibitor filling deficiency.(2)Complete intelligent pigging test application effect evaluation,analysis three times intelligent detection data of 15 Puguang gas field pipeline and analysis characteristics of defective point of pipeline damage status and reasons are analyzed,using ASME B31G method to evaluate the safety and reliability of pipeline containing defects,study detected existing defects influence on pipeline pressure,analysis safety.of pipeline operation.(3)Build pipeline residual life prediction method based on intelligent detection and testing cycle assessment method,using the residual life prediction method is used to determine the pipeline testing cycle,the existing internal corrosion defects three pipelines:P303-P302,P302-terminus,P106-P104,through the establishment of the residual life prediction model of life under different reliability are calculated respectively,put forward the repair cycle of pipeline,for the intelligent detection of pipeline and provide theoretical basis for safety management.(4)Studying the gathering system corrosion measuring point layout optimization,statistical puguang gas field corrosion monitoring data gathering system for nearly three years,including 7 station overhaul nine yard nondestructive testing results,analysis of equipment within the station pipeline key pipeline corrosion,the corrosion morphology,formulation optimization detection scheme,optimization of equipment,such as corrosion resistance probe monitoring system application effect evaluation of gathering and transferring system of corrosion monitoring technology.(5)Indoor experiment,the simulation of puguang gas field actual working condition,through the study of the linear polarization curve of continuous filling water soluble corrosion inhibitor efficiency of different concentration of corrosion inhibitor corrosion analysis,evaluation of continuous corrosion inhibitors inhibit hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking(SSC)caused by the effect of corrosion cracking(HIC),optimization of corrosion inhibitor for filling amount,continuous charging corrosion inhibitor are summarized based on the experiment of corrosion control effect with concentration change law of corrosion inhibitor in set QiZhan consecutive filling tuning of corrosion inhibitor of work,determine the applicable to puguang gas field of corrosion inhibitor injection of gathering system.
