Owing to thehigh viscosity of heavy oil and large gas production in tahe oil field,thedeviation of meritchart measurement is unacceptable.As for metering separator measurement,the concentration measurement pipeline connected to the single well is required with the extraground construction investment.Based on the analysis of the existing gas-liquid multiphase metering methods and technology and combining the incomplete separation of gas and liquid with inverted U type pipe,this paper designs a set ofoil,gas and water multiphase flow measurement system for moisture content,which overcomes the difficultyof gas-liquid separation,mixture density measurement and single well data transmission.Aim to being economical and feasible,technological innovation is studied in terms of investment,mobility and data transmission as follows:? The parameters of separation tank length,separation tank diameter and inlet inclination is optimized by Fluent numerical simulation technology to achieve optimum separation of gas liquid.? According to the actual situation of the gas liquid production of heavy oil wells,the optimized selection and scientific design of the gas phase and liquid phase flowmeter are completed.? The design and processing of inverted u-shaped pipe assembly is completed to achieve the real-time measurement moisture content.? According to the data transmission protocol of tahe oilfield,the on-line measurement of oil,gas and water single phase flow,temperature and pressure is completed.? The design,manufacture and commissioning of the whole single well multiphase flow meter are completed.? The TK693,TK689 and TK635 single well of TK693,TK689 and TK635 in tahe oilfield ii plant were mainly used to verify the oil,gas and water flow measurement test,and the corresponding single well test evaluation report was completed.
