The indoor air quality problems are being paid more and more attention.The high concentration of volatile organic compounds?VOCs?in indoor air is the leading cause of indoor air pollution.Air purifier is one of the effective means to improve indoor air quality.The traditional indoor air purifier based on the filtration-adsorption just intercept and concentrate the pollutants in the air to remove the harmful substances,thus,the aim of air purifying is achieved.However,this technology may lead to secondary pollution and cause great threat to human health after a long time running.In this paper,we assembled the purification device on VOCs using the photocatalysis as technological support.Furthermore,the influence factors and the performance of the machine are studied,such as the following:?1?The graphene oxide?GO?was prepared by improved Hummers method.The materials were characterized by X-ray diffractometer?XRD?,transmission electron microscope?TEM?,scanning electron microscope?SEM?and infrared spectrum?FTIR?etc.The results showed that the prepared GO with a number of oxygen-containing groups has a single or several layers structure,providing lots of active sites for the adhesion of TiO2 on the surface of GO.?2?The TiO2-rGO nanocomposites were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray diffractometer?XRD?,transmission electron microscope?TEM?,scanning electron microscope?SEM?and infrared spectrum?FTIR?etc.The materials' photocatalytic performance was investigated.The results showed that The results showed that the optimum content of graphene was 1%in the photocatalytic degradation of benzene;The photocatalytic effect of obtained materials increases with the light intensity under the ultraviolet illumination of 8W?16W?32W.?3?The photocatalytic component for indoor air cleaner was prepared.The photocatalytic performance of device was stuied under different VOCs initial concentration,operation wind speed and catalyst load.The results showed that the device exhibited the best performance at 5ppm concentrations,medium wind speed and 2g catalyst.?4?The photocatalytic component for in-car air cleaner was prepared.The photocatalytic performance of device was stuied under different VOCs initial concentration,operation wind speed and catalyst load.The results showed that the device exhibited the best performance at 5ppm concentrations,high wind speed and 1g catalyst.
