Due to the strengthening of environmental protection and health care awareness,people's clothing performance requirements more and more pursuit of back to nature,natural fiber fabric is more popular with consumers,while the fabric style,performance,color varieties and other aspects also put forward higher requirements.Therefore,this paper in a number of yarn-dyed fabric products selected light cotton-type yarn-dyed fabric for in-depth study.In this paper,based on the analysis of the raw materials of cotton fabric,compared with the original yarn index of ring spinning,compact spinning and thread spinning,the yarns of the yarns were compared,And then select the yarn production is less than 14.5tex,the warp density is more than 470/10cm,weft density is more than 275/10cm(Figure),the cotton yarn-dyed enterprises design and development of high-grade light yarn-dyed cotton fabric production process;And the influence of the yarn structure on the tensile strength and tear strength of the fabric was discussed.Finally,four kinds of finishing methods,which were typical of light and cotton type yarn-dyed fabrics,were screened for the routine finishing,easy-care finishing,AP finishing,carbon finishing,analysis of the finishing process for the performance of light and dyed fabric,such as washing the dimensional stability,tensile strength,tear strength,wash appearance(anti-wrinkle).The results of this study are as follows:1,yarn performance:the same linear density conditions,the strength of tight spinning is better than Cyrow spinning,and the strength of the race spinning is superior to ordinary ring combed yarn,raw cotton fiber After adding long-staple cotton,the strength has been greatly improved.Yam more thin,strong trend was declining.In addition,the ordinary ring spinning is unstable and the data is discretized.The yarn performance of the racemao spinning is better than that of the tight spinning,and the addition of the long cotton can also improve the unevenness of the yarn.The same line density yarn Line,tight spinning yarn hairiness is best,ring spinning combing yarn hairiness is high,the match line spinning center,the growth of long-staple cotton is conducive to control the hairiness of the production.2,fabric performance:in the established fabric density or tightness,if the increase in tensile strength of the fabric,by increasing the fabric density and the use of high strength yarn to achieve;and if the requirements of the fabric to increase the tear strength,Must mainly consider the use of high strength yarn and appropriate to reduce the fabric density to achieve.3,finishing the impact of fabric performance:easy to finishing,AP finishing the size of the stability is better than the conventional finishing,carbon wool finishing fabric;for the tensile and tearing fabric damage greater than the carbon wool products;Easy to organize,AP finishing affect the fabric slip performance;relative to the easy finishing,AP finishing to achieve better anti-wrinkle effect.The conclusion of this paper is to provide some reference for the selection of raw materials,the production process of yam and fabric and the development of new products.
