With the rapid development of power electronics, computers, microelectronics technology and the emergence, the Switched Reluctance Driver is a new mechatronic variable speed system, it blending together nicely Switched Reluctance Motor and Power Switching Circuit, not only to maintain the advantage of simple structure, rugged and reliable of AC motor and good controllability of DC motor, but also has the speed characteristics of AC and DC speed control system who can't match.This paper mainly completed the design of Small Power Switched Reluctance Driver who using the rotor position and current double closed loop, PWM speed control mode, dsPIC33FJ32MC204 microcontroller control the core. Complete the following tasks in the course of the study:1. Comprehensive relevant documents and existing research results, detailed analysis and elaboration of the principles of Switched Reluctance Driver's operating characteristics and performance advantages, and then clear the purpose and significance of switched reluctance motor drive system;2.Summarizes the control mechanism of Switched Reluctance Motor, comparative analysis of each control on the motor running speed performance and advantages and disadvantages of proposed optimal control strategy;3. Mathematical model of the motor speed control system of theoretical analysis, and physical environment to build simulation models under the Matlab/Simulink;4. Comprehensive simulation results and the actual situation, design a 200W three-phase 6/4 pole Switched Reluctance Driver's hardware and software programs;5. Overall debugging and performance analysis the whole system through laboratory equipment. By contrast with the conventional motor speed control system further validates some of the theoretical results obtained in this article, but also proved that a reasonable system design, control strategies applied correctly, there is a development and practical application value.
