Research On Engineering Project Management Process And Virtual Construction Technology Based On BIM

With the construction technology content of continuous improvement, construction technology is increasingly complex, the traditional construction project management, construction management approach has been difficult to adapt to the current construction project management and construction management. BIM technology, in the construction field of project management, construction management, the initial appearance, played an effective control of the project schedule, reduce the risk of project delay, save construction time, in the project management process simplification, construction schedule management and construction cost control of huge economic benefits and social benefits.In this paper, the project management process, construction management as the research object, combined with BIM technology and traditional project management, construction management mode, focus on BIM technology in engineering project management process control and construction management application. First of all, the construction technology of the construction technology at home and abroad present situation and the existing problems of BIM technology, the advantages and significance, through the BIM technology into project management process and construction management,3D model,4D model construction, the project management process and the simulation of virtual construction process, and gives the concrete implementation steps. Finally, the application of BIM technology in a project of Nanjing is described as an example.
