With the development of science and technology and in-depth study of energy application driven on the car, electric automobile’s development has entered a new stage. The development of electric vehicles and promote the reform of vehicle air conditioning, and domestic enterprises and researchers began to study the onboard integrated electric compressor to break foreign technical barriers. The topic is in this background, which has important theory value and practical significance. Because of its small size, long service life, low noise, high efficiency, permanent magnet synchronous motor is very suitable for air-conditioning system in the vehicle. The energy supply of the compressor in the air conditioning system is the battery, so the efficiency of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is the key in the air conditioning system of electric vehicle with the condition of limited energy supply.In this paper, the maximum torque current ratio control technology based on vector control is selected, which is easy engineering implementation and can effectively improve the operation efficiency and stability of permanent magnet synchronous motor. To solve the problem that torque ripple caused by the anti electric distortion due to the design of PMSM, the method of harmonic injection is adopted to analyze and verify the experimental results, which can reduce the torque ripple, reduce the loss of fluctuation and noise, and improve the efficiency of the system.The voltage model,the Flux model, the space vector model and the harmonic model of PMSM were established respectively based on analyzing the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. And the sensorless technology, the maximum torque current ratio technique and the harmonic injection technique were studied based on the analysis of loss and efficiency of PMSM system. In this paper, the primary study is MTPA control technology research, and a simulation model for simulation research, through the simulation to verify the effectiveness of the MTPA control was build in the MATLAB/SIMULINK. In this paper, the software and hardware design of PMSM control system with STM32F103C6T6 as the control core is designed. The system supply module circuit, power module circuit, stator current detection circuit, optocoupler isolation circuit were elaborated in detail to ensure the reliability and stability of the system hardware. The software design of PMSM control strategy system is presented in this paper. The system design steps and procedures are described in detail, which provides a foundation for the experimental study.Finally, the experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor and air conditioning system is set up, and a lot of experiments are carried out on the experimental system. The results show that the maximum torque current ratio control technology can improve the efficiency of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, and verify the effectiveness of the harmonic injection technology in reducing the torque ripple of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
