| With the rapid development of the national economy, the rail transit of China has also developed dramatically. And the demand of motor car, subway and trailer is growing.The bogie is one of the most important parts in the structure of the rail vehicle, which is responsible for supporting the car body and ensuring the safe operation of the vehicle.Various parameters of the bogie also directly determine the stability of the vehicle and the comfort of the vehicle ride. Therefore, we also put forward a more stable, accurate and efficient requirement of production line. Bogie is an important equipment of motor car.Once the fault occurs, it may cause great impact on equipment. So we require staffs to find fault timely. And the HMI(Human Machine Interface) can just meet the demand.This paper designs the monitoring system with the SIMATIC(Siemens Automation)PLC as the lower computer and the WinCC as the host computer. This system realizes the automation of the production process control and meets the production requirements. The monitoring system has friendly interface, simple operation, complete function. And it achieves a good detection and control requirements.In this paper, we introduce the project background, functional requirement, the composition of the automatic transfer line which includes the electrical control system and communication systems and the work flow. Then, several subsystems are analyzed,which are divided into host computer WinCC and lower computer PLC. The design of lower machine PLC is mainly to meet the requirements of the process. We firstly introduce the every subsystem.Then we use the flow chart to show the procedure in this paper. According to the demand of the control system to the monitoring system, we use WinCC to complete the operation management of the monitoring system, the alarm management function and the system safety management. Thus we can monitor every subsystem in the central control room and handle every condition through WinCC. Then according to the actual demand, we complete the monitoring systems. Finally, we carry out field debugging. We firstly debug host computer WinCC. Then we debug the local operating table. Through debugging we find problems and solve it. Through this system,it can not only realize the on-line monitoring of the assembly line production process, but also has the function of alarm, filing, important parameter setting and so on. In order to solve the problem that some important parameters can not be measured in real time, the communication and data acquisition platform are set up in this paper.This project has been completed in January 2016. The design of the monitoring system has met the basic requirements of the user’s function and the reliability has reached the user’s needs. |
