VXI bus type digital storage oscilloscope for the system design of the module system is one of the universal automatic test module based on VXI bus. Module is mainly used in the measurement, testing, and debugging of the system, which has important practical and wide application prospect. Master degree thesisAccording to the technical requirements of the system control circuit, the unit circuit is designed, which can meet the structure of the circuit. By using the AC/DC coupled, high input impedance switch, single ended to differential points conversion and programmable gain control technique, completed the high-speed analog signal conditioning circuit, greatly increasing the conditioning circuit stability, accuracy and reliability.VXI bus oscilloscope uses FPGA technology to achieve the VXI interface control, high speed D A/sampling control and programmable gain settings and other functions module design. Through the dual port RAM read and write control, and the use of FPGA internal high-speed comparator, to solve the problem of digital method to simulate the trigger function, including analog, digital and logic, commonly used software to trigger a variety of different ways, using high-speed floating-point DSP (VC33 processor) as the main CPU, receiving various commands and VXI parameters, the implementation of the command, each part and data processing module coordination.In the software design, the writing of the DSP curing process, and VXI communications, control sampling and data storage; in the Lab Windows/CVI system, according to the VPP specification of the instrument driver; the use of Microsoft’s Studio.NET2003 Visual software development platform, the development of the instrument operating interface. The actual test and operation results show that the design principle of the analysis is correct, the development of the module, the technical indicators meet the design requirements.
