Large caliber artillery in long-range combat and close suppression of the enemy,the recoil displacement will be changed because of the different charge required.As an important index of gun safety performance,the recoil displacement's change degree will directly affect the normal artillery launch.Now design a bypass outside of the recoil machine,and there are servo valves and other devices on the bypass.When the charge is changed,recoil displacement can be effectively controlled by adjusting the opening size of the valve.First of all,proposed a new regressive scheme by analyzing the flow law and the characteristic of the recoil resistance.Under this scheme,the recoil displacement can be realized.Derivation of the recoil internal liquid flow control equations and hydraulic resistance equation,which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of variable resistance recoil.Secondly,choose an appropriate electro-hydraulic servo valve according to the requirements of the variable resistance recoil machine.Then designed the overall system control scheme according to the working principle of microcomputer and characteristics of the valve,and designed some other related circuit.It can provide a theoretical basis for design of variable resistance recoil bypass control system.Thirdly,three-dimensional flow field simulation was carried out by using the method of moving mesh to import the profile files.By analyzing and comparing the pressure,velocity and other data in the cavities of the internal flow field in the two cases,draw the hydraulic resistance curve in different conditions according to the derived hydraulic resistance equation.Get the change law of the recoil resistance of variable resistance machine model further.Finally,the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow field was carried out on the different models of the bypass structure.The adjustment of the recoil motion is compared and analyzed by the different bypass structures.According to the preset objectives,the optimal design of the bypass has been determined and provide the basis for the design of variable resistance recoil.
