With the rapid urban development in recent decades,the population of big cities is more and more concentrated,the congestion problem is serious.Through the construction of subway to effectively alleviate the city's traffic congestion situation,has played an important role in the rapid development of the city.But during metro operation,PSD,train doors often have security problems,we need to detect the movement of the sliding door kinetic energy and other indicators are in line with national standards.In order to solve the problem of sliding door kinetic energy test,we design a kinetic energy test system based on ARM micro controllers and wireless transmission,at first we use ARM micro controllers collected sensor data,and then use the wireless transfer data to computer terminals in real time,and get the door's kinetic energy,velocity,displacement,displaying these curves on the host computer.In this paper,the measurement principle of the door kinetic energy testing system is expatiated,including the principle of velocity,displacement and kinetic energy measurement,and give their measurement requirements.Then,according to these requirements proposed the design of the system.Then,introducing the hardware circuit and software of the system.In the hardware design,the main components are selected first.Then,from NXP's microprocessor LPC1114,Nordic's wireless transmission module nRF24L01+,accelerometer ADXL103,Ultrasonic sensor KS103,and so starting to design.In software,the program design flow of each part is introduced in the way of module.The flow chart of the program is given,and the algorithm and calculation process of the door kinetic energy index are obtained from the acceleration value and the displacement measurement value.Then,according to the work of drawing and welding PCB,the design of the door kinetic energy testing system acquisition software and computer-side display software,to achieve a prototype system.Finally,testing the functions one by one in the factory,and modify some of these problems and improve the performance of some of the system to meet the requirements of the system design specifications.
