Research On The Placement Of The Load Cell Sorting Device

Insert-type plastic pressure measuring method is an important measure method for the weapon chamber pressure test,with advantage on easy operation,data stability.Due to complex of problem in the plastic pressure measurement system,through theoretical analysis and software simulation,insert-type crusher gauge was tested in simulated gun.Firstly,insert-type crusher gauge was described.The research status of insert-type plastic device and its existing problem were introduced.The significance and classification process of crusher gauge was discussed.Compared with closed bomb,simulated gun was chosen as a classification device.Secondly,by analyzing the working process of the simulator,the interior ballistic model of the simulated gun was deduced and established.The relationship between the ballistic parameters and the ballistic parameters were discussed.The influence of the charge mass and counterweight on the chamber pressure was researched.Aiming at the high pressure of barrel,the jacketed gun barrel was designed and the transformation of barrel stress was discussed.By fluid analysis and muffler theory,the muffler was designed to solve the problem of gun muzzle noise.The muzzle meets the design requirements.According to the movement characteristics of the device and stress analysis,the key parts of device was selected,designed and verified.Finally,by the simulated gun test,insert-type working-level crusher gauge was identified successfully.Simulated gun can provide a stable source of pressure to ensure the smooth progress of selection,promote the development of plastic pressure measuring instruments.
