Abstract/Summary:
With the growth of the national economy,more severe requirements have been placed on the port’s ability to disperse and transport,which has brought more severe challenges to port enterprises.Due to the particularity of its cargo,port berth restrictions,and cargo owners’ inland water transport requirements,the bulk cargo port has an important position in port evacuation.How to improve the efficiency of barge pickup operations under the condition of limited barge berths and vehicle resources is the problem studied in this paper.Barge operation is a form of multi-departmental coordination.Unreasonable berths,vehicles and other arrangements will reduce the efficiency of barge operations,resulting in an increase in operating time Port barge operation management as an important component of port production operations.How to properly dispatch barges and vehicles is of great significance to improve the bulk cargo port’s capacity and service level.This article takes the coordinated scheduling of bulk cargo port barges and vehicles as the research objective.First,it describes and analyzes the operation process of bulk cargo port barge and vehicle,analyzes the problems in the barge and vehicle scheduling process,and optimizes the current process.Secondly,this article makes abstract assumptions about the problem.According to the characteristics of the barge and vehicle scheduling problem in the bulk cargo port,a barge and vehicle scheduling model is established.This article improves the Firefly algorithm.Constraint matrix and penalty function are used to constrain the problem.Linearly decreasing inertia weights and step-length factors are introduced to the update position formula,mutation operation is introduced to the dominating solution,and tabu search is introduced to the non-dominated solution to improve the local search ability.And use actual port production data to verify and analyze the model.Finally,the development of a coordinated dispatch system for bulk cargo port barges and vehicles is completed based on the above research content,which provides decision support for port barge and vehicles scheduling,enriches the relevant theory of bulk cargo port dispatch,helps to improve port dispatch,enhance port operation efficiency,and provide guidance for actual port dispatch.
