Research On The Progress Management Of The Rural Power Grid Reconstruction Project Of Yuanbaoshan Power Supply Company

The rural power grid upgrading engineering’s construction is often conducted by local electric construction enterprises.This has a good convenience,but at the same time,the construction enterprise lack of management,personnel quality’s mad,makes more difficulties of project schedule control.There are more difficulties coupled with large investment and long construction period.Country to project management is becoming more and stricter,the corporation issued assessment indicators are asking the higher requirements for the project schedule management with the rural power grid upgrading deepening and increasing the scale.Based on the basic theory of project schedule management,this paper taking Yuan-Baoshan rural power bureau’s rural power grid upgrading project in 2015 as the research object.Start from project management maturity theory(including schedule,network planning,schedule control and project changing control),analyzing the Yuan-Baoshan rural power bureau’s rural power grid upgrading project in 2015’s schedule management problems.Finally,based on the Yuan-Baoshan rural power bureau’s rural power grid upgrading project in 2015’s situation,using engineering project progress plan and network plan technology,schedule control management change to analyze the three parts:10kV distribution circuit,irrigation and low voltage synthesis area’s transformation respectively.So as to improve the rural power grid upgrading’s schedule control scientific and effective.But also can improve the project schedule management theory and methods in the application effectiveness of retrofit project.For the transformation of rural power cycl long,wide area,based on the analysis of the particularity of the rural power grids project progess management of Yuan-Baoshan District,using the network planning chart,WBS(work breakdown structure),scientific and effective to impove the transformation of rural power gird upgrading project schedule management.Put forward the "overall progress control" concept,with feed-forward control,real-time control as the double protection of Yuan-Baoshan rural power grid renovation project schedule management control,provides the reference basis for Yuan-Baoshan project management,but also can be used as reference for other similar engineering.
