Research On The Application Of Green Construction Techniques In Buildings

As the rapid deterioration of environment and the increasing scarcity of resources,construction industry becomes the focus of attention,which is the environmental pollution and resource guzzler.However,the project construction stage has the most direct and obvious impact on the resource consumption and environment.To achieve the sustainable development,China has initiated the development direction of “green construction”.Green building is to maximize resource conservation,environmental protection and reduce pollution,provide people with healthy,appropriate and efficient space of use and buildings in harmony with nature.Implementing green construction in the construction industry is of great significance for China’s sustainable development.Specifically,it is to ensure the safety civilization construction process under the condition of high quality and efficiency,and achieve "energy saving,land and water saving,material saving and environmental protection".In this paper,we focused on the following aspects:1)review the related theory of green construction,the research background and current situation;2)based on the theoretical background and practice,the concept of green construction is analyzed in detail.3)a case study Nanjing Hexi comprehensive children’s hospital is undertaken.It focuses on housing construction land and construction land protection technology,building water-saving technical measures and water resource utilization,building energy,conservation and energy utilization technology measures,building materials and material resource utilization technology measures.Through the example analysis,we summarized the application of the green building construction technology in practic.This might provide research foundation for practice and future research.
