Case Study On Highway Construction Standardization Management

The highway’s construction is identified as the labor-intensive industries,since it has a specific characters,such as wildly constructive range,long time operating period,low mechanized level.Moreover,the peasant as the main group of labors has a low level of professional skills,which makes it hard for managers to control the project’s qualities and safety.According to upon issues,the department of transportation promotes the values,which are the people oriented development,the professional projects’ management,the standardized implement,the information-based management’s strategies and meticulous daily control.Furthermore,it also based on existing highway standards and norms,and focused on the common problems and management of weak links to sufficiently learn the experience and achievements of standards,in order to promote the full implementation of modern project management and boost the construction of highway to be more standardization,refinement,and comprehensively improve the level of highway construction management.Construction standardization management is a huge system engineering,the factors involved are not only very complex,and there are many factors between the complex interaction relationship.Based on this,this study intends to start from the perspective of safety management to explore the construction of standardized management system construction methods,influencing factors and development path.This research will base on the real projects as case,collect and conclude the series of problems to provide the analysis in details,in order to explore the possible strategies and discuss the suggestions.In conclusion,the research results illustrate that supervision and feedbacks are necessary for the construction of standardized management’s work.The purpose of this research is to develop the standards of management system,which could provide the plenty experience to the standardized management system and contribute on its implementation.
