The Research Of Standardization Of Highway Project Management

In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, our country continued investment in the construction of public transport. In our country, highway construction projects both in the scale of construction, construction technology, quality standard, has been greatly improved compared to the past. Construction as the main body of the quality system in the construction of highway engineering, the management level plays a very important role in the construction of highway engineering, but at present our country highway construction management system remains to be perfect, there may be some management system is unfavorable phenomenon in the actual implementation process. Therefore, how to establish a standardized project management system to further standardize the management of construction project has become a problem to be solved in the construction enterprise.In this paper, as a research object, the highway engineering construction enterprise according to standard and project management theory, explore ways to design a standardized management system, and promote the standardized management of highway construction project. This paper focuses on the following problems are studied and explored its solution.Firstly, through the analysis of standardization and project management theory, analyze the relationship between the two, clear theoretical basis for this study. Based on this, present the guidance of standardized to make construction design the standardized management system to guide the implementation of project management. Secondly, based on the characteristics of highway construction projects, the focus on standardized management system are design principles, design ideas, according to the management process of construction project, design the construction project management standardization system of each module content, provide the system basis for construction standardized management. Thirdly, based on the standardized management system design, study the standardized management system internal operation mechanism, analyze the essence of effective operation of standardized management system from the incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism etc.. Finally, take the design and operation of GH highway XX road standardized management system as a case, use empirical research analyze the effectiveness of standardized management system, and propose improved methods and recommendations for some problems in the implementation process.
