With the advent of the information age, as the building technology and information technology have been aggregated, the intelligent building technology has been produced. Intelligent building is an important application direction of information technology and automation technology. The core of the intelligent building technology is integration crossing the platform. This paper has deeply studied the key technologies which have been used to integrate the building systems in heterogeneous network environment, including the fieldbus technology, designing configuration interface and using standard information interface technology-OPC technology to solve communication in heterogeneous environment.In the building automation system, due to historical reasons, the coexistence of a variety of field bus technology has brought some obstacles to the system integration which has put information sharing and interoperability as a goal. Moreover, any kinds of field bus technology can not cover all the construction equipment system, so the integration based on heterogeneous network environment is an inevitable model. This paper has analyzed three methods of protocol conversion technology, standard information interface technology and Web service technology which have been used to integrate building systems in the heterogeneous network environment; it took the intelligent lighting system as an example and has designed a kind of system integration scheme which has used OPC technology to achieve communication based on Lon Works field bus technology and configuration monitoring interface.Firstly, this paper described the development process of intelligent lighting system in detail, including the introduction of the meaning of various network variables and the use of core modules, set the application of intelligent lighting illumination detection automatic dimming, human activity detection and control lighting, lighting schedules as typical scenes, and then described the set of the switch input module, analog input module, output module, analog output module and a small state machine configuration programming with complex control logic, thus the application of intelligent lighting in a building has been realized.Secondly, due to the integration of intelligent building technology has developed from LAN to Internet and Intranet integration, whether it is based on C/S or B/S model,both two models will be required to store the process data of the construction equipment in the database. This paper has used the configuration software to develop the visual monitoring interface and elaborated the development process. At the same time, the database was established to store the operational data from the device.Thirdly, in order to solve the impact of heterogeneous networks, the field of industrial automation has developed a server and client model based on OPC technology to transmit data to the application. For this purpose, this paper has studied and developed an OPC client application; it can achieve hardware equipment data from the building equipment subsystem which has the OPC server interface to read and write data. The paper has expounded the development process, tested the software,and proved the development goal finally. This work has made necessary technological preparations for achieving the integration of the building system in the heterogeneous network environment.
