Study On Cost Management Of Exhibition Building Intellectualization Project

In the context of rapidly expanding China economy,especially in the field of domestic construction industry,intelligent information system has gradually become a standard configuration of the new buildings.Intellectualization is popularized from large-scale public buildings to common buildings,and the intelligent project of exhibition buildings is representative in this field.Exhibition building intellectualization is different from the traditional building projects.It consists of more complex technology and involves more extensive relationship between relevant people.Over-budget is common in the exhibition building intellectualization projects.Therefore,project cost management study is desirableThis thesis studies cost management and its application to FXC group's exhibition building intellectualization projects.The domestic and international research on exhibition building intellectualization is introduced,especially the new trend of using value engineering and earned value methods for project cost management from the perspective of life cycle.It analyses the characteristics of the exhibition building intellectualization projects as well as the characteristics of the project cost management;It shows the problems which the real case is facing,and then designs a solution to solve the problems.It applies value engineering methods to select proper devices in design phase,and applies earned value methods to monitor the cost variation so that control the cost dynamically.After cost management methods are applied to a real case,it will compare the effect of the contrast before and after the project cost management methods,by real statistical data and diagrams.Through the analysis and research,it is concluded that the cost management by applying value engineering and earned value methods with appropriate organization can effectively improve the economic benefits of the exhibition building intellectualization.
