The transfer floor structure is applied for high-rise buildings which need different size of space due to use function along the height direction. The transfer beam structure has become the most comprehensive structural style for achieving the vertical transformation because the transfer path of force is explicit and the calculation and analysis are convenient. But because of the complexity of the structure itself, the mechanical performance of the transfer beam has always been a difficult key problem in design. The oretical study concerned is not enough systematic, comprehensive, especially the analysis about the influence of wall with hole on the mechanical characteristics of transfer beam, so the deformation and mechanical characteristics of transfer beam underneath the wall with hole still need to be further studied.Firstly the stress performance of the transfer beam underneath the wall with hole is analyzed through the finite element analysis software SAP2000 and PK, the mechanical properties is relevant to the width of the hole, the height of the hole and the height of wall underneath the hole, and the difference comes from different size and location of the hole can be given according to the calculated results, the calculation methods can be recommended as well.Secondly, based on the deep beam model, the stress and displacement of the transfer beam underneath the wall without hole is extrapolated by using the theory of elastic mechanics, and the analytical solution of stress and displacement component is given; and then the deep beams are to be calculate by using finite element method, which divide the beam into 10 parts, the stress of each beam can be given for drawing the whole stress distribution of deep beam. After introduced the general process of the finite element analysis method,and the units might be used,which play a theory basic for the finite element analysis.At last, the wall model without hole, the wall model with middle hole, and the wall model with symmetrical edge hole are to be analyzed under the vertical loads by using ANSYS, the stress and deformation can be given. The results show that the hole opened on the wall makes a huge difference to the stress distribution of wall,the position of neutral axis and the vertical stress of frame column.
