In recent years,Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEV)access to academia and the industry's attention, which have the advantages of both traditional hybrid electric vehicles and pure electric vehicles. This thesis presents a new type of planetary gear parallel plug-in hybrid system. The system uses a composite planetary row and a single planetary row to achieve four mechanical speed ratios and a motor speed ratio;in order to improve the transmission efficiency, the system shift components do not use AT commonly used multi-chip wet clutch, but use new synchronizers presented in this thesis. For a domestic SUV,the thesis match the hybrid device speed ratio and then design the device transmission mechanism, the new synchronizers and shift mechanism. The fuel economy and dynamic simulation model of the hybrid SUV vehicle are established by using ADVISOR software. In order to realize the modeling of the new hybrid system, the ADVISOR has been re-developed.The dynamic, economical, pure electric driving performance and braking energy recovery of the new hybrid SUV are simulated in the NEDC cycles. The results show that the SUV can reach the new hybrid SUV GB27999-2014 "passenger car fuel consumption evaluation methods and indicators" requirements;its pure electric driving distance is 52 km,which comply with the the China's PHEV car technical requirements. Finally, the dynamic simulation model of the SUV is established by means of AMESim software simulation platform. The initial calibration of the two sets of upshift and two sets of downshift shifting process is carried out.The simulation results show that the hybrid vehicle realize the high quality shift without power interruption.
