Stamping parts are widely used in practical engineering, whether erospace, household appliances, automotive industry, or in the electronic products industry. Sheet mental structure has been widely used in the rocket,such as the cabin,tank,fairing,pipeline system,and the internal support and transfer,anti sway device etc..Because of the special structure of the rocket,so many special shaped stamping parts are used.For this,this study select typical part for research.So that the problems can be solved.These problems include,sheet mental forming defeats,parts forming method,poor efficiency,poor quelity and low pass rate of hand-forming.Based on the theoretical analysis,finite element simulation technology and experimental research methods,this paper studies the forming technology of the selected part.By the results of finite element analysis,we can predict the forming defects,optimize technological parameters.and direct the die design.Firstly,this study choose the typical special-shaped structure.The mechanism and influencing factors of the forming defects were summarized,the theoretical basis of sheet mental forming were explained,and the finite element calculation method were introducted.Secondly,according to the part,the process feasibility analysis had been carried out,the material had been selected and the process plan had been confirmed.And according to the process plan,I had a finite element analysis.Through the finite element analysis and result of the research,I had a parameter optimization.Then the die was designed,optimized and manufactured.Finally,I made the forming experiment.Compared with the hand-forming,the results of the process study were further verified.The research shows that the shape parameters of the forming die,the blank size and shape of the parts,the condition of the blank holder,and the speed control of the die in the stamping process have a significant influence on the forming quality.The whole process of the study adopts computerised research,including modeling calculating and finite element analysis.So that the time for the research and the model testing was shortten,the cost was reduced.In addition the stydy showed that finite element simulation is an effective research method,it can predict forming defects and optimize process parameters,and this study is very uesful for the sheet mental forming workshop.
