At the same time of the improvement of people’s living level,demand for a variety of different energy sources also greatly increased.Hydrogen(H2)can be used as a kind of energy which will not damage the environment at the present stage;Fuel cell is an important field of its application.In 21 st century,distribute generation is concerned by more countries,fuel cell power generation is an important part of it,there is good prospect of application development in some areas of high power density and high efficiency power supply.Based on the characteristics when the fuel cell is powered by itself such as dynamic adjustment capacity is poor,the exterior characteristic is very soft and cannot provide the large current in a moment and cannot absorb the current of the load feedback,this paper research the fuel cell/super capacitor hybrid power unit.The details of the work are as follows:First of all,research and formulate the fuel cell/super capacitor hybrid power supply device structure,give the characteristics of the fuel cell power supply device,compare the super capacitor and cell as energy saving device,introduce and select the hybrid power supply unit in peak power unit access system,analyze mix of peak power units in the power supply device commonly used topology.The working modal analysis is performed on the topological topology of the peak power unit,and the design of parallel flow is carried out.The main circuit parameters of the converter are designed,including the selection and design of super capacitor,the design of the inductance parameter,and the selection of switch device and design of electrolytic parameter.A mathematical modeling analysis of the converter is carried out to derive its transfer function.Secondly,the voltage sampling circuit and current sampling circuit of the peak power unit in the hybrid power supply unit were designed respectively,design the control circuit of the peak power unit,including the choice of control mode,the design of voltage current loop in different working conditions,the calculation and simulation analysis of loop parameters.Design the software process,develop the starting conditions of the bi-directional converters and the protection strategy of super capacitor when charging and discharging,and show the program design flowchart.Finally,do the experiments of hybrid power supply device and analyze the experimental results,the experimental results show that the choices of parameters are reasonable and the control method is effective for the peak power unit hardware circuit.
