G220 Dongzheng Line Taozhuang To Pingyin Dongping Section Reconstruction Project Quality Management Research

In recent years,China's economy and technology has been developed rapidly,meanwhile,the country has carried out a large number of infrastructure construction,especially road construction.Road construction quality also has attracted more and more attention.However,road construction not only need to meet the requirements of general quality but also need to consider the surrounding urban layout,road network,natural conditions,transportation conditions and so on.There are still many quality problems which cannot be ignored,and it is necessary to strengthen the quality management of road construction to improve the quality of roads.The object of the study is the G220 Dong Zheng line from Tao Zhuang to Pingyin Dongping segment reconstruction project.The research content is how to ensure the construction quality by reasonable construction organization and design and quality management theory and method is fully applied in the specific project.Referring to related background in China and abroad,the study analyzed the influence factors of G220 Dong Zheng line from Tao Zhuang to Pingyin Dongping reconstruction and indexes involved,discussed the existing problems and causes of the quality management,and finally gave the quality management measures.Firstly,this paper analyzed the research status and background of the current road construction quality management and explored the basic theory of quality management;then the author analyzed the progress of the G220 reconstruction project including the original road situation,surrounding factors and technical indicators.The study made a comprehensive analysis of the construction scheme of G220 line from Tao Zhuang to Pingyin Dongping segment,including construction organization plan,material supply,special seasonal construction measures,traffic organization plan and emergency plan.The author analyzed the existing problems and reasons of quality management reconstruction project of G220 line from Tao Zhuang to Pingyin Dongping section;finally,the author gave the conclusion and prospect according to the project.The innovation of this paper is that the author proposed specific measures to improve quality control in the G220 Dong Zheng line reconstruction project from Tao Zhuang to Pingyin Dongping section and implemented these measures in the project successfully,resulting in the combination of theoretical research and engineering practice.
