In recent years,with the development of economy in China,the railway' mileage has reached about one hundred and twenty-four thousand kilometers,which is higher than the other countries.Due to the implementation of “ The Belt and Road initiative” and “ the high-speed rail diplomacy”,amounts of rail transit products which are all researched independently in China are exported to oversees.Obviously,the service level of the railway system is based on the quality of the train.At the same time,as the sliding plug door is the passage of the train,the performance of the sliding plug door can have direct effect on the safety of the train operation.The research on the sliding plug door started much later than any other countries,as a result,it is really significant and practical to do more independent research on the sliding plug door which can also apply to the development of the train.The article introduces one door control unit(DCU)of the sliding plug door based on DSP28335,and this kind of door controller is depend on brushless DC motor to open or close the door.According to the function manual,the sliding plug door system should have opening function,closing function,sound and light alarm function,obstacle detection function,emergency unlock function,fault diagnosis function and communication function.After combining the functional requirements and the actual situation of the train,the study determines brushless DC motor with hall sensor as drive motor.Then the study adopts the double closed loop adjust speed system to control the brushless DC motor.Through the singlechip DSP2812 and DSP28335 comparison,this study selects DSP28335 as the core of the hardware circuit.In addition to main control unit,hardware also includes the filter circuit,the expanded SRAM circuit,the clock and EEPROM circuit,the input/output circuit,the sampling circuit,the motor drive circuit,the display circuit and the communication circuit.In order to facilitate the maintenance of the DCU,the output circuit and the main control circuit is designed as a daughter board,connected through the connector to the motherboard.Refer to EN50128 software standard,this study designed the DCU software based on the hardware circuit.The software includes DCU logical control module,communication module and fault processing module.DCU logical control based on the motor drive unit realizes opening and closing of door.The communication module realizes the receiving and sending of data.The fault processing module diagnoses and handles fault to protect the driving safety of the train.Finally,the study check on both hardware and software part of the controller using the system tooling and debugging equipment of sliding plug door.In order to ensure the reliability of the debugging results,this study designs a large number of test cases to simulate the occurrence of various conditions during the operation of the door.According to the actual situation,the parameters of DCU constantly optimized.After many experiments,the DCU can be applied to the field control.
