In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s rail transportation industry, high-speed train has become an important means of transportation. At present, China has independently developed the standard EMU will use sliding plug door system. In the past, the plug door system mainly rely on imports, but there is no independent intellectual property right in China. Therefore, the development suited to China’s national conditions of the plug door control system will have important significance. This topic source in Jiangsu Province, the policy guidance plan prospective joint research projects- sliding plug door project(project number BY2015064-03), according to the requirements of the project, this paper developed a new type EMU sliding plug door control unit. The door controller used Freescale K60 Type MCU as the main controller, and with CPLD as assistant controller, mainly realize the motor control, logic control, network communication and fault diagnosis and other functions. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The functional requirements for control system are described in the first, according to the needs of the present design scheme, including BLDC motor control scheme, the realization scheme of the logic control functions, network communication and fault diagnosis scheme.Secondly according to the system functional requirements were hardware circuit design, mainly includes the main controller circuit, CPLD circuit, external storage and clock circuit, simulation amount detection circuit, drive circuit, communication circuit and display circuit.Then the software design is based on the hardware design, software design includes three parts respectively, the main controller program, CPLD program and the main controller of the bootloader. The main controller program is devided according to the function, the program is divided into a number of functions, including the output and display function, input function, motor control function, fault processing functions, logic processing function and maintenance function based on USB PTU communication, MVB communication function, the function of CAN communication and Ethernet communication function.Finally the hardware circuit test and debugging in the sliding plug door simulation device. According to the actual situation, the software is optimized through many simulation experiments. In this paper, the design of controller can very good realize door control and network communication function.
