| The steel open-web sandwich plate is a new type of floor,which is composed of the upper and lower ribs of the section steel,the shear bond of the steel tube and the concrete slab.It has the characteristics of strong crossing ability,small height,light weight.This floor has more application in large-span multi-level industry and public buildings.The steel open-web sandwich plate is similar to the bond beam in the wood structure.The nodes connecting the upper and lower ribs and the shear key are the key nodes of the structure.The region of the key node and the shear key square steel tube is called the shear key node domain,which is one of the most important parts of the steel hollow sandwich board.The internal force of the shear key node is very complicated,and the influence of the node domain is seldom considered in the analysis and study of the steel hollow sandwich plate.In this paper,finite element analysis method based on sandwich plate on an empty stomach,can adopt finite element model considering the influences of joint-panels entity unit to study steel vierendeel sandwich plate,find the shear key node domain influence on steel vierendeel sandwich plate.The results obtained included:1.Discussed the advantages,classification and characteristics of the Vierendeel sandwich plate,teased the common analysis and design methods of the hollow sandwich board,summarized the research status of steel structure nodes at home and abroad,presented the significance of this paper.2.Finite element model of entity unit was established,the contrast analysis of the presence of both cases,considering the influences of jointâpanels steel vierendeel sandwich plate overall deflection and stress of the shear key and top and bottom frame internal force.Results show that the shear stress of the key nodes domain is more complex,the node domain of steel vierendeel sandwich plate deflection and internal forces have influence,the impact the local stiffness of the main domain and shear key nodes,stiffening plate can improve the mechanical properties of steel vierendeel sandwich plate.3.By comparing the calculation results and test results of the finite element model,the reliability of the finite element model is verified.This paper analyzes the influence of the shear key node domain on the dynamic characteristics of the steel hollow sandwich plate,and concludes that the width of the stiffening plate and the width of the shear bond will influence the conclusion of the base frequency of the steel hollow sandwich plate.4.In consideration of the influence of the node domain,the influence of various factors on the base frequency of the steel hollow sandwich plate was analyzed by parameterized analysis.Based on the parameterized analysis of the influence of the nodal domain,the basic frequency formula of the hollow sandwich plate of the steel is fitted.The research done in this paper can provide a useful reference for the design and construction of this kind of structure. |
