In order to meet the needs of economic growth and travel,the mileage of road in China is increasing.By the end of 2015,China has become the country which has the second-most highway mileage in the world.With the increasing demand for road maintenance,the task of highway maintenance become very hard.It is of great significance to the economic development and travel safety by operate the road safety and orderly.Micro-surfacing technology as a kind of high grade pavement preventive maintenance technology,has been large-scale application in the country and the world's road maintenance projects,but the traditional micro-surfacing construction efficiency is low(the efficiency of each paver often not up to 30% of the running time),and due to round-trip feeding in the construction process,there will be some transverse joints and material ratio changes which lead some construction quality problems like the inconsistencies in construction and seams at the jump,etc.In this article,the construction management of micro-surfacing of X company as the object of study,combined with the opportunity of the introduction of X company's continuous micro-surfacing paving machine.We use the lean thinking,theory of constraints and Cost-Volume-Profit analysis theories and models to optimize construction management of the micro-surfacing.Aimed at promoting the improvement of enterprise construction efficiency,rational allocation of resources and improvement of the construction quality so that maximize the profit of the enterprise,but also provide a reference for the same type of enterprises.
