With the development of social economy,people are paying more and more attention to environmental protection and energy conservation,in terms of buildings,the energy consumption generated by HVAC system takes up a larger proportion.Therefore,the energy conservation measures and effects of HVAC are widely concerned by the society.Taking HVAC system in a large public building as a research object,this topic studies the causes of high energy consumption generated by HVAC.This article first makes a design and calculation of HVAC system of the building,and according to the nature and function of the room,three ways are determined: fan coil and independent fresh air system,constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning system,VRV air-conditioning system.After the completion of the system,by tracking its operation,we find that this system is too comfortable for people,while the selection of equipment is too conservative,and the energy consumption in system operation is relatively large.For such completed buildings,a solution to reduce energy consumption is proposed in this article: by making a detailed operation plan and good operation management,a good energy saving effect can be achieved.There are threemain measures: real-time monitoring system,partition and timesharing operation and climate compensation.By tracking the operation data over the last three years,it is proved that the energy saving scheme is feasible and the energy saving effect is obvious.Through the study of the actual case of the HVAC system in a large public building,this article puts forward a solution to energy saving,and the effect of the scheme is verified by practice.It is hoped that the scheme can offer inspiration and reference to domestic colleagues.Each system has its own energy consumption characteristics,only by scientifically analyzing specific problems after the system is operated,and by combining the relevant policies with the actual situation of the building,can specific energy saving measures be given and the energy consumption of HVAC system can be reduced effectively,thus to maximize its energy efficiency ratio.
