Research On Information-Based Management Platform Of HVAC Construction Projects

In recent years, with the rapid development of the computer technology, information technology has been more and more widely applied in many industries than before. The information management requirements of the construction project in traditional construction are also growing strongly, some of the construction companies have set up their own information management systems, which is useful in practical engineering applications. But, compared with the developed nations in information management, the weakest part, there is a huge gap between China and other developed nations. Up to now, most of owners or construction companies, especially in the field of HVAC construction management are still keep using traditional methods and types, which is so behindhand in the field of information management. In the development of economic globalization trend, it makes China's HVAC installation companies in a very disadvantageous position in the competition with the foreign countries. How to improve the management and comprehensive competitiveness abilities of construction companies in China become an urgent problem.This paper uses the latest domestic or foreign information technology , especially depends on the application of information technology in the construction field ,to make a comprehensive analysis of the information management significance in HVAC construction companies. Given the framework of the HVAC construction project information management and the platform components, and offered an actual process of the information management platform for an enterprise.At first, through a comprehensive analysis of the HVAC construction project management process, base on IDEF0, a improved method of modeling, established the information management process of HVAC construction project flow simulation model. Then carrying out on the level of the model structure and content, and using matrix structure optimization technology to optimize the construction information extracted from the information flow models. Finally, with a large HVAC construction project, introduce the actual situation and the application effect which is used the information management platform for the implementation.
