Research On The Application Of Urban Gas Pipeline Network Repair Technology

With the rapid development of city gas pipeline,gas pipeline accidents are increasing year by year,has brought great impact to people’s life,but also caused economic losses and social influence.Repair data through the analysis of gas pipeline network in Beijing city in recent six years,the leakage reason of urban gas pipeline are analyzed in detail.Different leakage causes pipeline leakage characteristics are different,the application of leakage repair technology is also different.Details of the replacement without pressure welding mainly used in city gas pipeline plugging,pressure welding and mechanical pressure plugging plugging holes and other repair methods.Different repair methods require different equipment,safety,technical measures are different.According to the practical application of the emergency repair method,four kinds of emergency repair operation modules are recommended,which is helpful to establish the emergency repair standard of gas pipeline.Through the analysis of typical cases of urban gas pipe network,the application range,applicable conditions and actual repair effect of leakage plugging method without pressure replacement welding and without pressure replacement welding are verified.
