Because of the complex shape of the surgical cutter heads,most of the domestic surgical knife grinding industries use manual grinding methods to produce,and the workers are faced with the high labor intensity and poor environment.With the support of domestic policies and the development of science and technology,the automation of scalpel grinding will become a trend.This paper mainly aims at the automatic grinding system for a variety of blade shape.The grinding device is designed and partially realized from the two aspects of the mechanical structure and control system.The main research is as follows: The space position of the blade and the grinding wheel is analyzed,and radius of the grinding wheel and the grinding angle are determined.In the mechanical part,the two-dimensional drawings of the mechanical mechanism are designed by designing the duckbill fixture,moving the two-dimensional platform,the grinding wheel part and the upper and lower part of the mechanical mechanism,and the three-dimensional visual are designed.The grinding scheme of straight edge and arc edge is designed,and the grinding wheel compensation algorithm is designed according to SPC(Statistical Process Control)and image recognition technology.In order to realize the above functions,the corresponding electrical control design is carried out,and a controller,a motor,a cylinder,and a sensor were selected so that a circuit diagram was drawn.The upper computer software was used to configure the grinding system and monitor,alarm and store data of the grinding system.
